What happens when you get in touch
One person reads your message and calls you back, usually the same day and always within one business day. There is no sales sequence and no drip campaign behind this form.
On that first call we will ask who needs care, what kind of support is needed, and what coverage exists. If you do not know the coverage answer, that is genuinely fine and it is the most common starting point. Working it out is the first thing we do.
If it is urgent
Call rather than submitting the form. A hospital discharge scheduled for tomorrow is not a form-and-wait situation.
